Biography

Norm's practice is focused on providing efficient solutions to complex legal problems. Norm focuses on business law and family law. Norm's business law experience includes serving as outside general counsel for local companies. In this capacity, Norm drafts and negotiates leases and lease terminations, along with employment agreements and severance agreements, and is well-versed in drafting non-competition and non-disclosure covenants.
