Biography

Kiersten was born and raised in The Villages, Florida. She attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate career and obtained her B.S. in Psychology and her B.A. in Political Science while there. During her three years of undergrad at UF, Kiersten was a member, captain, and then coach of the UF Mock Trial Team - the "LitiGators". While attending undergrad, Kiersten also worked as a news clerk for The Villages Daily Sun and then as a forensic psychology assistant at Community Behavioral Services.

Kiersten then attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law on a full academic scholarship. During her law school career, Kiersten was a Dean's Scholar, Ethos of Excellence Scholar, and earned the book award in recognition of earning the highest grade in her Social Science, Crime, and the Law class. Kiersten additionally had the honor of being accepted as a member of the UF Law Trial Team and competed in that capacity for two years while in law school. Kiersten was also a Levin Ambassador and later served as the admissions coordinator for the Levin Ambassador's program.

Before becoming an associate at Folds Walker, Kiersten was a law clerk for the firm. Kiersten focuses her practice in the areas of family and municipal law. When not in the office, Kiersten enjoys playing endless games of fetch with her dogs, Nala and Moose and coaching the UF undergraduate Mock Trial Team.
